Please read our product description/information carefully, ask for more detailed item pictures if necessary before placing any order. All sales are final. We will be happy to change your product, if the size, color or model is different from those ordered.
PLEASE NOTE ANY EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY. WE CANNOT PROCEED LATER THAN THAT, WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION.
If the circumstances apply (manufacturer defect, items, have not left our facilities, or requested within the first 12 hours of purchase), we can issue a refund or offer store credit, but not we can refund shipping costs. Returns will be made only within 7 days of delivery, later than we cannot proceed, this is without exception.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. (Please make sure to provide a tracking number or use a secure shipping method as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.) Send us a message and we will provide you with our return address. Items must be unused and unworn to qualify for an exchange. Exchanges/refunds will be made as soon as we receive and process your returned item. The actual time it takes to receive your exchange depends on the time it takes to return the product.

Change or cancel an order:
In most cases, it is not possible to make changes to your order once it has been placed. However, if you need to change your delivery address details, remove items from your order, or cancel your order entirely, please contact us as soon as possible for advice on If your order has already left our warehouse for delivery, you will need to follow our Returns procedure in case of unwanted products.
