Terms of services and Guarantees
WE OFFER A ONE YEAR WARRANTY FOR ORDERS ONLY. PLEASE NOTE THAT AFTER ONE YEAR WE HAVE NO LIABILITY ON ANY ORDERS.
The guarantee covers:
Repairs: We offer to repair any bag free of charge, but the customer must ship the items at their own cost. (1 year warranty, no exceptions).
Replacements: If you need a piece of hardware and/or a factory default accessory, a replacement can be sent as long as it complies with the parameters (send an email for more information).
Unclaimed Packages: If your package was returned to us and you were unable to contact or reply to us, after one year, it will lose any value (no refunds or reshipments).
CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TAXES OR CUSTOM FEES CHARGED IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY. FAB FACTORY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF THIS RIGHT.
WE ONLY CHARGE THE COST OF THE PRODUCT + SHIPPING.
Those items for shipment to countries outside of Mexico may be subject to taxes, customs duties and charges charged by the destination country "Import Fees". The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all import fees. With respect to each item for which import duties have been calculated, you authorize FAB FACTORY to designate a carrier "Designated Carrier" to act as your direct or indirect representative/agent before the appropriate customs and tax authorities. in the country of destination, to dispatch your merchandise, process and remit your actual Import Fees for said item. For details of actual Import Fees, or to obtain documentation or receipts in connection with customs clearance, you may contact the Designated Carrier specified on your shipment confirmation.
